Please note that prior to your child starting tuition at
our Centre, we do like to carry out an assessment. This assessment
is currently subject to a £30 deposit, which is refundable if your
child starts tuition, gives the minimum of two-weeks notice before
withdrawing and returns all books belonging to SBK in their
possession. If your child does not begin tuition at the centre, this
deposit is not refundable and is instead used to offset the cost of
our assessment. Therefore, we advise that you do not book an
assessment unless you are sure that you wish to start tuition at the
Centre. Please note that if you are paying by cheque, then the
payment must be sent to us a week before the assessment. Otherwise
you will be asked to pay this fee as cash payment only on the day of
the assessment.
Our rates are as follows. Please note that every August
the fees go up by 50p per week or £2 for 4 weeks in advance.

Tuition
Please note that home tuition rates can vary depending on the tutor's experience and qualifications. As a guide , rates can range from £20 to £30 depending on age groups. Note that we insist that all our tutors must hold a UK recognised degree , though most of them hold 2 or more and several have done their PhD . All our tutors have teaching experience and many are also examiners for GCSE and A Levels . Please contact us for further information about the home tuition.

Lastly
there is an agreement form that you have to sign if you
want to enrol your child at the Centre. Please sign it
and return to us on prior to the first day of attendance.
There is another form for the home tuition and you need
to send this with the £10 registration fee. We will contact
you to book the lessons as soon as we receive it.
